How to Use
- We recommend using a liquid injection molding machine to precisely inject the material into the mold for product manufacturing.
- Components A and B must be thoroughly mixed using a machine, following the recommended weight or volume ratio of 1:1. The vulcanization time is determined by the molding temperature. Higher temperatures result in shorter molding times, while thicker products may require more time. After vulcanization, the mold can be disassembled.
- If the machine will be idle for an extended period (more than two days), either inject component A or component B separately into the mixing section. Alternatively, remove the static mixer from the injection molding machine, seal, and store it in a low-temperature (< 1℃) environment, or clean up any remaining rubber.
Packaging, Storage, and Precautions
- Our product is available in 20 kg plastic straight pails or 200 kg metal drums, with each product securely packed in plastic liners.
- Store the products in a sealed condition in a cool place, protecting them from rain and sunlight.
- Our products are non-hazardous and have a one-year shelf life. If the products exceed the storage life, retesting is recommended. If they pass, they can still be used.
- To prevent cure inhibition, avoid contact with tin compounds (as most condensation silicones contain tin compound catalysts), amines, sulfur and phosphorus compounds, and certain metal salts.
- In this series, component A contains a catalyst, and component B contains a cross-linking agent. When using products from different manufacturers, conduct tests to prevent cross-linking reactions.
