Usage Instructions:
- Mix components A and B thoroughly in a 1:1 ratio (filter if necessary). Vacuum-evacuate the silicone gel and fill it into the packaging material. Exhaust it under normal pressure (or vacuum) and heat it after sealing for curing.
- Curing conditions: 150°C/30 minutes.
- Specific curing conditions can be determined based on the thickness or size of the product.
Packaging, Storage, and Cautions:
- This product is packed in 20 kg/barrels. Store it in a sealed, cool, dry, and well-ventilated place with an ambient temperature below 37°C. The shelf life is 6 months.
- Ensure that the tools used for components A and B are clean and distinguishable to avoid local agglomeration caused by their mixture, which may hinder proper use.
- At 25°C, the safe storage period after mixing A and B fully is 6 hours. The higher the temperature, the shorter the storage time.
- To prevent cure inhibition, avoid contact with tin compounds (most condensation silicones contain tin compound catalyst), amines, sulfur, phosphorus compounds, and some metal salts.
- The recommended usage ratio is A/B = 1:1. Deviating significantly from this ratio can affect the final product’s performance.
- Adhere to safety precautions to prevent thermal burns during the construction process, and do not ingest the product.
