Note:

  • The sealant may delaminate during storage. Stir it evenly before mixing; this won’t affect the properties of the product.

Operating Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Stir components A and B well before mixing them together.
  2. Mixing: Accurately weigh components A and B, mix them in a clean container according to the ratio.
  3. De-bubbling:
    • Natural deaeration: Let the mixed sealant stand for 20-30 minutes.
    • Vacuum Deaeration: Evacuate the evenly mixed sealant using equipment with a vacuum degree of -0.08Mpa to 0.10Mpa for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Potting: Ensure component surfaces are clean and dry, and pot the sealant during the operating time.
  5. Curing: It can be cured at room temperature or by heating. It is recommended to use heating, cured at 80°C for about 25 minutes; room temperature curing time will vary depending on temperature.

Storage Conditions:

  • Store in a cool and dry place below 35°C.
  • Shelf Life: 12 months

Attention:

  1. The sealant will not solidify when it comes into contact with a certain amount of the following chemicals:
    • N, P, S Compound.
    • Sn, Pb, Hg, As, etc. elements ionic compounds.
    • Compounds containing alkynes and polyvinyl compounds.
  2. Keep away from children.
  3. Use the sealant immediately after mixing and cap the unmixed glue in time to avoid pollution.
  4. If accidentally comes into contact with the skin or eyes, wipe them clean immediately, then rinse with water and seek medical advice.
